Production Supervisor

Work model: onsite, Mebane, NC.

Your role and responsibilities

• Perform routine machinery set‑up, adjustments, repair, and fitting simple replacement parts.
• Carry out regular standard maintenance of equipment, tools set‑up, programming activities, troubleshoot and report issues, and maintain detailed records of machinery set‑ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Track approved, defective units, and final products.
• Execute assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and ABB Standard processes and safety guidelines, and report non‑compliance.
• Operate machines following the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.
• Maintain a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools (tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.).
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Work authorization that permits employment in the US.
