Episcopal Retirement Services in Cincinnati seeks a Spiritual Life Coordinator to foster spiritual wellness among residents in Affordable Living communities. You will help create opportunities for faith expression, growth, reflection, and meaningful connection, integrating spiritual care into daily resident life.

The role requires a degree in ministry/theology or related field and experience in ministry or senior services.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in ministry/theology or related field preferred.
• Experience in ministry, chaplaincy, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate regular spiritual enrichment opportunities for residents.
• Lead worship services, Bible studies, and devotional programs.
• Provide inclusive meditation and spiritual growth opportunities for residents.
• Coordinate spiritual observances and events throughout the year.
• Offer spiritual support during transitions, illness, grief, or loneliness.
• Develop relationships with local churches and faith-based organizations near Affordable Living communities.
• Collaborate with ERS staff and external partners to strengthen spiritual care network.
