Job summary

Volunteers of America - National Services is seeking a Clinic Support/Scheduler for Senior CommUnity Care of Northern KY-PACE. The role supports clinic operations and patient scheduling, under the Clinic Manager and clinical staff.

The position involves preparing exam rooms, basic clinical tasks, and maintaining patient records. Excellent communication and reliable transportation are essential for coordinating care within our PACE program.

Qualifications

• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Successful completion of a state approved training program in Medical Assisting or CNA *Required*
• Minimum of one-year experience working with a frail or elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam/treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping rooms neat and clean.
• Greet and check in patients arriving at the clinic.
• Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice as directed by the provider.
• Schedule inside medical appointments with Clinical Staff.
• Maintain documentation for Homecare appointments.
