Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• PA ESL Program Specialist PK-12 and active teaching certificates required.
• Strong verbal and written language skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remediation and EL support aligned with MTSS.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support EL students.
• Deliver language and content instruction based on best practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Maintain records and communicate with stakeholders.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and program guidelines.
