Responsibilities

• Plan for and provide English language development instruction for eligible students.
• Collaborate with administrators, counselors, teachers and staff on ELD needs.
• Explain the ELD program to parents and serve as a resource on EML.
• Support students adapting to the academic and cultural environment in MCPS.
