TechDigital Group is seeking a senior Elasticsearch/Java engineer to design and maintain high-performance data ingestion pipelines into Elasticsearch. You will own index and query design, optimize for scale, and drive architectural decisions.

You will work largely independently and contribute to grooming and estimation while collaborating with production release teams to ensure reliability. Ideal candidates have extensive Elasticsearch experience, strong Java 21 and Spring Boot skills in a

Competenze

• Extensive hands-on Elasticsearch experience, including index design and cluster fundamentals.
• Strong command of core Elasticsearch concepts: index templates, aliases, shards and replicas, analyzers, and cluster architecture.
• Proven experience writing and optimizing complex Query DSL.
• Experience building production data ingestion pipelines in Java, preferably with the Elasticsearch Java API Client.
• Proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive technical decisions with limited supervision.
• Experience supporting production systems and release cycles.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based data ingestion pipelines into Elasticsearch 9.x
• Own index and query design decisions, optimizing for performance and scale
• Take Elasticsearch-related stories from grooming through delivery, working independently
