Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum and accommodations.
Plan and use instructional strategies and materials aligned with student needs and TEA guidelines.
Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed per IEPs.
Set instructional goals with colleagues and supervise aides/volunteers.
Assist in supervising extracurricular activities as assigned.
