Job summary

Meriden Board of Education is seeking an ELA Tutor focused on Math preparation and evidence-based reading and writing, working with students under a teacher's direction to provide targeted academic support aligned to standards and testing strategies.

Will plan, implement, and assess services to support student growth, confidence, and college readiness, reporting to Building Principal. Employment conditions: 5.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement targeted interventions aligned to standards.
• Assist teachers and students with Math and ELA tutoring in small groups.
