• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for students’ developmental level.
• Employ varied instructional techniques and media reflecting best practices and student needs.
• Promote a college-preparatory culture to support students on their journey to college.
• Maintain records as required by law and district policy; collaborate with administration.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
