Job summary
Curriculum Associates is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist (ELA) to join our New Jersey team. You will lead targeted professional development for teachers, coaches, and district leaders, and provide on-site support to ensure effective adoption of Ready and i-Ready programs.
The role requires a background in teaching ELA, coaching, and a collaborative approach with Sales, teachers, and administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching ELA
- Experience coaching ELA teachers and leading professional development
- Strong knowledge of ELA standards and classroom practices
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted professional development to teachers, coaches, and leaders
- Provide in-classroom support and data-driven coaching
- Analyze data and help districts implement Ready and i-Ready programs
- Develop annual professional development plans with district and site leaders
- Act as an ambassador for Curriculum Associates and support district adoption processes
