Job summary

iLEAD Exploration seeks an Interventionist-ELA for TK-8 at Acton, hybrid in Lancaster, CA. You will provide targeted instruction to identified learners, using data-driven methods to close achievement gaps and support grade-level mastery.

Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, collaborating with educators and families, and delivering both online and in-person sessions while tracking progress for program improvement and learner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• CA teaching credential and/or equivalent years of experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology skills with the ability to learn and use online platforms, systems and software.
• Previous experience with homeschool or independent study programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction to learners identified as eligible for academic services.
• Deliver instruction online and in-person as needed.
• Gather, analyze and use data to inform differentiated instruction.
• Create lesson plans and resources for one-on-one or small group instruction.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to identify best practices.
