Job summary

iLEAD California Charters is recruiting an Interventionist-ELA for TK-8 at our Acton campus. The role focuses on supporting identified learners through targeted, data-driven interventions, both online and in-person, to help close the achievement gap and bring students to grade level mastery.

The position requires a California teaching credential and a Bachelor's degree, plus experience with online platforms and homeschool or independent study settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• CA teaching credential and/or equivalent years of experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology skills with the ability to learn and use online platforms, systems and software to support learning and record keeping.
• Previous experience with homeschool or independent study programs preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality instruction to learners identified as eligible for academic services in individual or small groups.
• Deliver instruction via online platforms and in-person workshops as needed.
• Gather, disaggregate data and link to learning and instruction.
• Create lesson plans and resources for one-on-one or small group instruction.
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to identify best practices for learners.
