Job summary

Think Academy Online is seeking an enthusiastic part-time ELA teacher to deliver K-12 reading and writing instruction to elementary students through a remote classroom.

In this role you will use Think Academy's curriculum, engage up to ten students per session, provide timely feedback, and track progress. You will collaborate with colleagues in ongoing training and curriculum discussions to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with excellent command of American English.
• U.S. K–12 ELA teaching experience preferred (1st-4th grade focus ideal).
• Bachelor's degree required; Education/ELA majors preferred.
• Strong understanding of elementary reading instruction, literacy development, and writing support.
• Comfortable with online teaching technology and virtual classroom management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of elementary reading instruction, literacy development, and writing support
• Comfortable with online teaching technology and virtual classroom management
• Enthusiastic, student-centered, and able to inspire young learners
