Job summary

Think Academy in San Jose, CA is hiring an ELA Content Teacher for a Teaching Management Track. The role combines classroom instruction with instructional leadership, teacher training, and academic operations, with a clear path to leadership.

You will teach elementary ELA, help improve teaching quality, train other teachers, and contribute to day-to-day ELA team operations. Strong candidates may advance toward a Teaching Management Lead role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior tutoring or teaching assistant experience is preferred.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach live ELA small-group classes for elementary students, focusing on Reading, Speaking and Writing.
• Prepare lessons using the curriculum and teaching resources; grade work and provide timely feedback.
• Support onboarding and training for new ELA teachers; observe classes and provide feedback.
• Lead efforts to maintain teaching quality and coordinate with curriculum and business teams.
