Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of content area and educational trends.
• Experience with large-scale educational assessment preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels and assessment types.
• Create item, passage, and test specifications and blueprints.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to ensure high-quality, accessible content.
• Collaborate to integrate AI assets into assessment workflows and provide feedback.
• Select and train item writers to develop standards-based content.
• Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
• Assist in test construction and review of test forms.
• Communicate with customers in planning and review sessions.
• Coordinate with test development managers and psychometricians.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies in content creation.
