Job summary

Securitas Technology in Seattle is seeking an on-site Service Technician to support post-installation issues, upgrades, and special projects. The role requires an active EL06 license or imminent eligibility.

Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, documenting changes, and testing upgrades across access control, CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary, intrusion and fire alarm systems.
ESA/NTS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and performance.
Diagnose and resolve application and system issues both individually and in teams.
Perform preventative maintenance and configuration changes.
Document system modifications and produce technical deployment documentation.
Conduct pre-deployment testing and on-site software upgrades.
