Under the direct supervision of a Restaurant Manager, the El Super Cook is responsible for all food items prepared in the restaurant. Responsibilities include portioning and preparing food prior to cooking, sautéing, frying, or otherwise cooking food on the kitchen line. Cooks ensure the use of the freshest ingredients, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to standardized recipes to maintain product consistency. Additionally, the Cook may assist customers with orders, serve food if needed, fill display cases, and assist with cleaning duties.

Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification is required for all positions related to food preparation, handling, and serving.

Hourly pay range: Minimum wage, depending on location.
