HDR, Inc. is seeking a Water Program Lead in El Paso, TX. You will drive project delivery, lead multiple teams, and coordinate with HDR’s Water Market Sector Leads to win and execute strategic initiatives in the El Paso market.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in water resources, a TX PE license, PMP, and strong staff and client management experience, with willingness to travel to North Texas offices and client sites in Texas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering; PE license in TX preferred.
• 15+ years of water resources or related project experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and client management skills.
• Experience in staff management and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery and staffing coordination for multi-discipline water projects.
• Develop client relationships and pursue growth opportunities in El Paso.
• Coordinate with HDR Water Market Sector Leads to execute strategic initiatives.
• Direct project plans, QA/QC, and staff training.
• Maintain professional engineering registration and compliance.
