Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a technically skilled professional to install, maintain, and repair compressor stations and related electrical systems across North American pipeline facilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of stop work authority (SWA) and safe work practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of lock out/tag out (LOTO) procedures.
• Basic knowledge of engine mechanics.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related software.
• Must be an expert in Electrical Instrumentation & Controls (EIC)

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, repair, and maintain compressor stations, meter stations, and related facilities.
• Perform routine and major maintenance on natural gas driven compressor units and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot, operate, maintain, calibrate, and repair various types of electronic, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and associated components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repair, ensuring codes are met.
• Complete work orders, enter data into SAP and maintain documentation.
