Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical, instrumentation, and/or analyzer maintenance.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, or related continuous-process industries preferred.
• Journeyman-level craft experience or equivalent demonstrated field capability.
• Relevant certifications or training in electrical/instrumentation disciplines preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, analyzer, and control equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on motors, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, valves, instruments, and PLC/DCS devices.
• Diagnose equipment failures and work to restore service.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and environmental personnel to ensure accurate data and proper functionality.
• Install, test, and commission equipment in line with standards and procedures.
• Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals; conduct loop checks and functional tests.
• Identify maintenance improvements and reliability risks; support turnarounds and commissioning.
• Document activities in the site maintenance management system; follow change control and safety processes.
