Zusammenfassung

IMMY is seeking an EIA Product Line Manager to lead the on-time production of the 96-well plate-based immunoassay portfolio. You will manage EIA technicians, drive scheduling, and partner with Quality and Engineering to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

You will oversee manufacturing documentation, provide technical guidance, and lead data-driven decisions to optimize yield and throughput while maintaining cGMP/GLP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a life sciences field (Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related).
• 5+ years hands-on EIA or similar assay experience.
• 3+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Strong troubleshooting in assay production and reagent handling.
• Experience authoring SOPs, batch records, and technical reports.

Aufgaben

• Lead EIA manufacturing team with coaching, clear expectations and performance feedback.
• Develop and uphold EIA production metrics and weekly schedules.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability and master schedule adherence.
• Review and approve Subassembly and Finished Goods documentation for accuracy.
