Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive EHSS experience with leadership exposure.
• CPR/First Aid or related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage site EHSS strategies aligned with corporate initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce operational risk and improve EHSS performance.
• Serve as site SME for environmental, health, safety, and security matters.
• Prepare budgets for EHSS operating and capital needs and manage expenditures.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Direct emergency planning, drills, business continuity, and crisis response.
• Oversee training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement.
