Job summary

First Quality is seeking an EHS Technician to support environmental, health and safety programs at its Nutek Disposables site in McElhattan, PA. The role focuses on maintaining a zero-injury culture, coordinating training, and participating in safety audits and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of industry experience, basic EHS knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with employees and contractors across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic EHS knowledge and safety orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Support Environmental, Health and Safety programs to maintain an accident-free workplace.
• Coordinate EHS training and new hire orientations.
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and drills.
• Assist with hazard control, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation and records in the required systems.
