Job summary

Trane Technologies in Colorado is seeking an on-site Environmental, Health and Safety trainer to ensure health and safety standards are met across the facility. You will lead safety teams and collaborate with supervisors and a small crew to improve environmental impact.

The role involves creating and conducting trainings, communicating via email, phone, and in person, and reviewing EHS standard work for effectiveness. It is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiar with site environmental and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer basics including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to maintain company-wide safety, health and environmental program.
• Ability to analyze and process areas for potential hazards.
• Ability to appropriately intervene and correct unsafe conditions.
