Corning Incorporated is seeking an EHS Technician in North Carolina to support safety and environmental improvements across TCP process areas. You will monitor OTIS submissions, assist with Gemba feedback, and help ensure regulatory compliance while driving risk reduction and 5S initiatives.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and solid knowledge of manufacturing processes; fiber optic knowledge is a plus.

The Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry‑leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network.
The EHS Technician will support continuous safety and environmental improvements in all TCP process areas. Improvement opportunities may originate from OTIS and iKaizen submissions, Gemba walk feedback, injury and near‑miss data, audit findings, and other sources. The EHS Technician will also ensure regulatory compliance obligations are monitored and remain in compliance.

The range for this position is $59,090.00 – $81,250.00 assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
