Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking an EHS Technical Support Representative to oversee environmental operations, including wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

The role collaborates with EHS, Facilities, Production Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations while maintaining safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in environmental, wastewater, hazardous waste, manufacturing or facilities.
• Ability to read and understand environmental procedures and regulations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial wastewater treatment and neutralization systems.
• Perform routine wastewater sampling, testing, and analysis.
• Maintain wastewater logs, operating records, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate hazardous waste packaging, shipment, and manifests.
• Assist with regulatory audits and inspections.
• Provide environmental compliance guidance to employees and supervisors.
