Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS/Engineering with 3–5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience implementing EHS regulations and conducting incident investigations.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage projects and programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and deployment of the NCM EHS Management System.
• Define governance for monitoring program health and performance.
• Coordinate a network of EHS Program Leads across the site.
• Coach and develop EHS leaders and translate standards into operations.
• Support audit readiness and post-audit improvements.
