Boulder Connect seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead safety across transportation and warehousing operations, building a strong safety culture.

You will oversee EHS programs, audits, training, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations, partnering with operations to safely implement automation and material-handling technologies while sustaining high-performance logistics.

• Working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, delivering or overseeing training, and enforcing safety standards.
• Strong incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze safety data and drive actionable improvements.
