Job summary

CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our Ennis, TX site. You will drive a proactive safety culture and partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality to reduce risk and enable safe production.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will supervise EHS staff, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and use KPI trends to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership in EHS within manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs and ensure safety standards across all departments.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Monitor EHS metrics, report findings, and drive continuous improvements.
• Coach and develop site EHS staff and ensure effective training and procedures.
