Job summary

HL Mando America Corp is seeking an EHS Specialist in Hogansville, GA to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. The role oversees policy development, training, and continuous improvement of safety initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include risk evaluation, guidance to senior management, and fostering a culture of safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Environmental Management or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the organization’s Environmental, Health & Safety risks.
• Provide direction to Senior Management concerning EHS compliance.
• Develop proactive safety programs for long-term employee health and welfare.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and ensure training records.
