JOYALWAYS INVESTMENT CORPORATION in Reidsville, NC, is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining safety programs to comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations while reducing environmental impact.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background with knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to train employees on emergency procedures, first aid, CPR, and health topics.

Competenze

• Experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EPA standards.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver training on EHS topics.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training on safety practices, emergency procedures, and first aid.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports on incidents, root cause analysis, and compliance audits.
