Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety professional to lead and coordinate EHS activities at our Watertown, SD facility. You will participate in incident reduction, regulatory compliance, and employee training to maintain safe operations across all shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field. Strong communication, auditing, and reporting skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop EHS strategy to reduce incidents and ensure compliance.
• Audit facilities to ensure safety and best practices.
• Provide training on EHS policies to managers and associates.
• Maintain SDS program and regulatory reporting.
• Lead waste minimization and proper chemical storage.
• Investigate injuries and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly safety statistics and cost summaries.
