Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist in Forest Grove, OR to strengthen safety programs in a manufacturing setting. You will report safety metrics, drive improvements, and support emergency response activities.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of EHS principles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Minimum education includes a high school diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred, with HAZWOPER certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of EHS principles and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and lead by example.
• Read and understand specifications and procedures.
• ITAR compliance awareness and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report accidents, near misses and safety concerns.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in safety training and JSA/SDS procedures.
• Analyze safety metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Review capital projects for EHS concerns and compliance.
• Develop data for health and welfare improvement projects.
• Coordinate drills and ensure readiness for incidents.
• Develop SOPs and emergency response plans.
• Liaise with employees, healthcare providers, insurers and counsel.
• Assist with workers’ compensation claims and processes.
• Be part of Forest Grove Emergency Response Team.
