The role focuses on safety program delivery, incident investigations, and reporting safety metrics. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience and knowledge of OSHA and workers’ compensation regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety science, safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, occupational health, engineering or other industrial discipline workexperience preferred.
• Equivalent work experience of 3-5 years in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and Workers' Compensation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, and oversees EHS programs and procedures to safeguard employees and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety, health laws, standards and regulations.
• Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs.
• Provides safety performance measures and analytics.
• Plan own work, assess progress, and adjust efforts to meet goals.
