Tate Americas, part of Kingspan Data Solutions, seeks an EHS Specialist to lead safety programs in a manufacturing setting. You will develop, implement, and monitor OSHA-compliant safety policies, investigate incidents, and drive training initiatives to protect workers.

Join a team focused on continuous safety improvement, risk reduction, and regulatory adherence while supporting site operations and regulatory reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and applicable experience required.
• 3–5 years of progressive safety experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards (e.g., 29 CFR 1910) andHazCom/GHS requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop, update, and implement safety policies for manufacturing operations.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Design and deliver safety training for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
