Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Site Security Specialist to safeguard facilities, support emergency responses, and drive fire prevention initiatives. You will contribute to a secure environment and uphold safety and compliance across sites.

The role requires strong experience in municipal fire protection, incident command, and Hazmat protocols, plus certifications like CPR, EMT, and Pro Board Rescue. A PA license is preferred for vehicle operation and site access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications such as Firefighter I & II, Confined Space Rescue, Hazmat Operations preferred.
• Fire protection experience within the past 8 years; minimum 5 years in municipal fire protection, preferably as a Chief Officer.
• Incident Command Training (NIMS 100, 700 minimum).
• Familiarity with industrial utility systems such as air, steam, and high voltage.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications; EMT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid PA driver's license or CDL preferred, with experience operating work vehicles.
• OSHA General Industry and Construction Safety Training, Firefighter certifications, Pro Board Rescue Certification.
• Nice to Have: Pennsylvania Emergency Vehicle Operator Course or equivalent.
• Experience with suppression systems and property conservation.
• Knowledge of fire suppression systems and EMS.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies and conduct inspections and investigations with limited supervision.
• Perform recordkeeping and safety system checks across facilities.
• Support emergency response efforts, site security, and fire prevention measures.

JSG is seeking a Site Security Specialist for our client In this vital role, you'll play a key part in maintaining safety, security, and compliance across our facilities, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. Your expertise will support emergency response efforts, site security, and fire prevention, making a tangible difference every day. Pay $64/hour

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Familiarity with site-specific fire prevention measures, Hazmat protocols, rescue operations, and safety systems is essential.
