Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a safety professional to lead and improve our safety program across facilities in the Ohio region. You will develop, implement, and deliver orientation and safety training, ensuring compliance and hazard mitigation.

Responsibilities include performing facility inspections, maintaining audits and JHAs, and preparing materials for hearings or insurance cases. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and relevant OSHA/BCSP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Data Center cabling experience preferred.
• Develops, implements, and delivers safety and orientation training programs.
• Inspects facilities and recommends corrective measures to mitigate hazards.
• Maintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, PTPs, JHAs and SDSs.
• Prepares materials for hearings, lawsuits and insurance cases.
• Conducts accident and injury investigations.
• OSHA Outreach Trainer Certification for OSHA 10/30 Hour preferred.
• BCSP certifications such as ASP, CHST, OHST, CSP, SMT, SMS, CET, and/or GSP preferred.
