Provide pro-active leadership of all company environmental, health and safety programs. Ensure team member, contractor, and guest safety through the enforcement of company safety rules. Conduct environmental monitoring and reporting, assist with internal and external ISO 14001 compliance audits, ensure facility compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other federal and local regulations and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in occupational safety and health (preferred), with 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. A combination of education and related experience will be considered. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, required. Preferred knowledge of OSHA, EPS, and other regulations including safe work practices, emergency response, hazardous materials, air permitting, and worker’s compensation.

Work environment involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions (e.g., working around moving machines in production facilities) and protective clothing or gear such as safety glasses, gloves and safety shoes is required.
