GLOVIS America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an EHS Specialist to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety planning function. You will maintain and standardize corporate EHS programs, systems, and performance reporting to drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.

The role emphasizes data analytics, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with EHS Operations, site leadership, HR, and Risk Management to ensure ESG data integrity across locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience drafting, calculating, and maintaining EHS data required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Experience using Microsoft Word for policy and procedure development required
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting required

Responsibilities

• EHS Planning and Governance: Support development and continuous improvement of corporate EHS programs and initiatives
• Track and maintain database of injury, incident and vehicle damage reports, & GHG data from various sites
• Assist in advancing corporate EHS objectives, KPI reports, and data submission processes
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
• Collect the utility data for Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emission and ESG reporting
• Maintain EHS documentation, registers, and controlled records in accordance with document control per department policy
• Support in submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual GHG/ESG and incident data
• Collect, validate, and analyze EHS performance data and key metrics

Summary

The EHS Specialistsupports the Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Planning function at Glovis America by maintaining, enhancing, and standardizing corporate EHS programs, systems, and performance reporting processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The Analyst will focus on data analytics, KRP tracking, and system oversight, while collaborating closely with EHS Operations, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliance, consistency, and ESG data collection across all locations.

Responsibilities

• EHS Planning and Governance

  • Support internal EHS communications, including bulletins, presentations, and planning updates

Compensation Range

$52,000 - $56,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1 - 2 years of related experience in Occupational health & safety, Environmental Science/Engineering Required
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience Preferred
