Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This is a field-focused role for someone who can build strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions. The role requires working outdoors in an industrial environment and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Experience conducting inspections and investigations.
• Familiarity with stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Willingness to work in outdoor industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical and proactive EHS programs.
• Serve as a key point of contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in chemical, mining, industrial minerals, manufacturing, heavy industry, construction materials, utilities, or a similar industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
