Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist for our two-site operations in North Carolina. This field-focused role emphasizes building strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead EHS compliance activities, conduct inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to completion, while maintaining programs, training records, and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in an industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, identifying hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in chemical, mining, industrial minerals, manufacturing, heavy industry, construction materials, utilities, or a similar industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
