Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an EHS&C Systems Manager to oversee SEMS programs, SharePoint and LMS training platforms across the organization. You will work with EHS, RECM, HR and Operations to develop, implement and deploy systems and training.

The role emphasizes program development, change management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance, data integrity and effective information dissemination.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in safety, environmental management or technology.
• 8–10 years of EHS&C experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems for managing EHS processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and maintain SEMS modules and related processes.
• Coordinate SEMS program development with EHS, Operations and HR.
• Manage SharePoint content for EHS team and GFL Insights pages.
• Oversee LMS training program development and deployment.
• Supervise third party consultants to ensure timely delivery.
