This role involves conducting inspections, compliance tracking, and ensuring regulatory adherence while working closely with Manufacturing and HR teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years' experience in EHS. The position offers benefits including health insurance and a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in EHS, manufacturing safety, or operational compliance.
• Experience with inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the EHS & Security Lead in maintaining safety programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Maintain EHS and security records, permits, and certifications.

Connaissances

Strong organizational skills

Attention to detail

Working knowledge of OSHA / Cal/OSHA standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
