Job summary

Giga Energy is hiring an EHS & S Manager for our Houston manufacturing facility. You will own the full EHS&S function from OSHA compliance to hazard-specific programs, and act as the site lead for security and emergency preparedness.

You’ll work with plant leadership and corporate HSE to build a proactive safety culture, maintain regulatory programs, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive EHS roles in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Leadership/managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS&S programs including OSHA compliance and environmental permits.
• Oversee electrical safety, LOTO, crane safety, and hazard analyses.
• Manage industrial hygiene, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop training and foster a strong site safety culture.
• Coordinate security, emergency preparedness, and regulatory reporting.
