Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field or 6 months at Amazon in a safety-related role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security/personnel in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training that resonates with associates and promotes a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to influence changes and engage safety initiatives.
