Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to implement and administer the EHS program for assigned areas. You will conduct trainings, perform site inspections, and coordinate with project teams to ensure safety compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s in EHS and relevant现场 experience. The position involves field coordination, incident investigation, and developing lessons learned to improve safety across Rosendin projects in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, health, safety required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with experience acceptable.
• 0-6 months with bachelor's degree; 5 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program and site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct orientation and trainings, coaching and mentoring in classroom or on job walks.
• Perform site inspections, engage with employees and leadership to promote safe work practices.
