Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the Pooler, GA site. You will ensure OSHA compliance, develop safety initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous safety improvements across manufacturing operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with strong training and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Safety related field or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years EHS experience in general manufacturing environments.
• Must pass any drug screens and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA compliance and JCB safety program adherence.
• Lead safety programs and training.
• Drive safety improvements and reduce hazards.
• Conduct EHS inspections/audits; report findings.
• Provide day-to-day safety guidance to employees and contractors.
• Serve as incident commander during emergencies.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for all staff.
• Collaborate with management to foster a strong safety culture.
