Job summary

SGII Inc dba SeneGence is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to oversee workplace safety and environmental compliance programs across our Oklahoma operations. This hands-on role focuses on regulatory compliance, hazard mitigation, and the management of hazardous waste requirements within Tulsa facilities.

You will partner with Operations and HR to implement safety practices, ensure training completion, and promptly address identified risks, while maintaining documentation and reporting to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on safety/EHS in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Knowledge of OSHA general industry regulations.
• Experience with RCRA hazardous waste (SQG) compliance.
• Experience conducting inspections, investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Knowledge of SDS, chemical safety, and hazard communication.
• Experience delivering workplace safety training.
• Ability to manage programs independently with regulatory docs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Experience coordinating hazardous waste disposal vendors and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day OSHA compliance and safety programs.
• Conduct facility inspections and hazard assessments.
• Develop and update safety policies and training materials.
• Deliver employee safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Lead investigations of accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA records, training, and inspection records.
• Oversee hazardous waste compliance under RCRA and SQG.
