Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking an enthusiastic EHS internship candidate in Davenport, IA to assist with implementing and administering plant EHS and Security processes. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting a Safety Committee, training programs, and documentation management.

As a junior or senior at a 4-year university, you will collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and contribute to real-world safety initiatives while exploring a career in environmental health and safety.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited 4-year university.
• Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of plant Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Security processes.
• Manage an EHS-related project.
• Support employee engagement activities including Safety Committee and Training.
• Prioritize and maintain EHS-related documentation.
