Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking an EHS Manager to develop and implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs that align with CPG standards and governmental regulations. The role requires coordinating audits, training, and continuous improvement across North America locations.

The position demands 4–10 years of compliance leadership, formal EHS training, and willingness to travel ~25% to Tremco CPG sites to support operations and policy adoption.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience leading and contributing to compliance programs in a materials processing environment.
• Formal training in occupational health and safety is a must.
• ISO 9001/14001 knowledge is highly preferred; bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements EHS&S standards and code of conduct to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance.
• Leads regulatory compliance programs across occupational health and safety, hazardous materials, environmental management, and product compliance.
